Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy, Responsible Man does not share Personal Information or Sensitive Personal Information obtained through its short code texting program with unaffiliated third-party companies for marketing purposes.

All data practices related to information you provide to such companies is governed by their privacy policies and terms of use. Once we receive your privacy request, we are required to verify that you are the person that is the subject of the request (the “Verification Process”). The Verification Process consists of matching identifying information provided by you with the information we have about you in our records. If we cannot verify your identity, we will not be able to respond to your request.
